Our Vision

Our vision is to see every individual with neurodiversity differences, within the community,
justice system, educational, and therapeutic setting, recognised, supported, and empowered to flourish in their identity.

We envision environments where all people, regardless of their background or challenges, are
accepted in their uniqueness, valued in their differences, and connected through
understanding each other with compassion, courage, and faith.

We endeavour to navigate Neurodiversity, emotional growth, and purposeful opportunities to
those in HMP settings and beyond.

Our vision is to create a future where being “Different, not broken” is celebrated, and where
every neurodiverse individual has access to the tools, programs, and support they need to
thrive and fulfil their highest potential in everyday life.

Mission Statement

At Autism InReach our dedicated core values and mission statement has proven to provide unique, person-centred programs of support, development, and transformation for individuals with neurodiversity within the HMP setting and further afield. Through our accreditation programme’s and other services, we aim to connect with passion, purpose, and

potential—empowering individuals to discover their identity, strengthen family links, and build strategies for emotional, social, and behavioural growth.

We deliver our services across multiple settings, including:
• HMP establishments and probation services.
• Educational and alternative provision (PRUs).
• Temporary accommodation and community outreach programs.

• OMU and advocacy services.
• Resettlement and rehabs.

Our accredited therapeutic educational stand-alone session, such as “Give Your Brain a Break” and “SUD addiction behaviour session,” along with the accredited “A-InReach” 5 session programme’s equips individuals with coping and calming strategies to promote wellbeing and self-understanding through hands on therapeutic activities.

We also provide Neurodiversity family days by encouraging stronger relational connections through creative fun activities along with further support or strategies needed to maintain stronger links in the family unit. Staff training also adds an insightful perspective of navigating Neurodiversity within the workplace and covers many aspects of differences delivering a wealth of knowledge and strategies.

Fundraising for sensory coping and calming boxes continues today with many having received sensory boxes in the HMP settings in and around Staffordshire. Autism InReach is excited to continue to inspire positive transformation for Neurodiverse individuals, empowering them to flourish within themselves, life, their families and society through the range of services we provide.
