Our Story

Our journey began in a local HMP, where we saw many people with neurodiversity struggling

without the support they needed. It touched our hearts deeply, and we felt called to do

something, not just for inmates, but for their families too. With no funding, we started small by making sensory boxes to bring coping and a calmness. Thanks to Presence Church (Stoke on Trent) and kind others, those first boxes grew into something much bigger.

We soon realised people needed more than resources; they needed practical tools to understand and navigate their neurodiversity. That’s how the A-InReach Programme was born. We took a leap of faith and volunteered for 12 months to pilot the programme. Today, the programme is fully accredited and already changing lives.

In just one year, we’ve delivered over 200 sensory boxes across 10 HMP settings, brought the

accreditation A-InReach programme to 9 locations, have a total of 3 accreditation

programmes up and running. faciltated and delivered Neurodiversity family days and heard

countless stories of hope and positive changes.

A-InReach empowers individuals to embrace uniqueness, walk in confidence and courage,

and build stronger connections and compassion with transforming faith. This programme

reaches staff, families, and entire communities.

Everything we do is rooted in our Christian belief that no one is ever too far from God’s

reach, and that every person deserves to feel understood, valued, and supported.

This is only the beginning, and we’d love for you to be part of the journey.
